How early should I arrive?
Aim to arrive at the car park at least 2 hours before a short-haul departure and 3 hours before long-haul. Add 20 minutes if you are taking the shuttle from long stay.
What if my flight is delayed coming home?
Tell us your flight number when you book and we extend your stay free of charge for the length of the delay.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Changes and cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your drop-off time. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days.
